We are hiring the people who keep the secret.
The Bamboo Parlour Secret: The Final Dinner opens soon in the heart of Ocho Rios, and we are hiring two roles that between them do everything: the Keeper of the Parlour, who runs the house, and the Parlour Storykeepers, who bring the story to life. There is no separate box office, no separate backstage crew. Everyone welcomes guests, everyone performs, everyone resets the room, and everyone keeps the secret.
We are looking for creative people with real interpersonal skills: people who communicate with confidence, who are curious about niche acting and immersive experiences, and who would rather be part of something new than step into something that already exists.
1 role is open, 1 coming soon.

Keeper of the Parlour
Immersive Attraction Supervisor
The senior person on site. You lead the team, keep the Parlour running exactly as it should, and help build it before the first guest arrives.
The role
Something unusual is coming to Ocho Rios. The Bamboo Parlour Secret: The Final Dinner is a brand-new immersive island thriller preparing to welcome its first guests, and we are looking for the person who will help lead it from day one. We call this role the Keeper of the Parlour. Officially, you will serve as our Immersive Attraction Supervisor: the senior on-site team member responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, leading our attraction team and ensuring the Parlour operates exactly as it should.
The Keeper takes ownership of the attraction while it is operating. You lead a small guest-facing team, maintain the quality and consistency of the experience, solve problems as they arise and make sure everything guests see feels polished, intentional and professional. You report to an off-site Operations Manager, so you have management support while being trusted to lead day-to-day operations on site. We are not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do. We are looking for someone who notices what needs to be done, and does it.
Before we open, your first weeks will be different from normal operations. As part of the launch team you will help with final preparations, learn the experience and its systems, take part in rehearsals and testing, help establish daily operating procedures and play an important role in training the team. You will not simply inherit the operation. You will help build it.
When the Keeper is doing the job well, guests never see the work behind the scenes. The attraction opens on time, the team knows what they are doing, the environment looks exceptional, problems are spotted before they grow, and management does not need to ask whether things are being handled. If you are looking for a conventional supervisory job, this may not be it. If helping launch a completely new immersive attraction sounds exciting, we would love to hear from you.

Parlour Storykeeper
Immersive Actor & Game Master
Part performer, part host, part storyteller, part behind-the-scenes operator. One of the people guests remember.
The role
Something unusual is coming to Ocho Rios, and we are building the team who will bring the experience to life. We call this role the Parlour Storykeeper. Officially, you will serve as an Immersive Actor & Game Master: part performer, part host, part storyteller and part behind-the-scenes operator. From the moment guests arrive, your job is to draw them into the world of the Parlour, guide them through the experience and make sure the story feels real, polished and unforgettable.
Storykeepers are at the heart of the guest experience. You will welcome guests, perform in character when required, guide groups through key moments, monitor the experience from behind the scenes and help operate the attraction safely and smoothly. Some moments call for confidence and theatrical presence; others for careful observation, quick thinking and good judgment. You do not need to be a professional stage actor. What matters most is that you are comfortable performing, confident with people, able to learn a role and enjoy creating memorable experiences.
This is not a traditional acting job where you perform and leave the operational work to someone else. You may perform for one group, monitor another from behind the scenes, reset props, welcome arriving guests and then return to character again. The best Storykeepers enjoy both sides of the role.
Before we open, Storykeepers take part in training and orientation, learning the story, characters and guest journey, script and performance training, rehearsals and practice runs, basic attraction controls, safety procedures, and testing with simulated groups. Because you join at the beginning, you help shape how the experience is delivered. A great Storykeeper makes guests forget they are visiting an attraction: for those 45 minutes the story feels real, and when guests leave they are still talking about what just happened.
